Applications are by invitation
Once you have viewed a property and told us you would like to proceed, our team will send each proposed contract-holder a secure, personalised application link by email or WhatsApp.
Please use the link we send you rather than completing a generic application form. This connects your application to the correct property, household and agreed Heads of Terms.
What you may need to provide
- Photo identification and current contact details
- Address history
- Employment, income or student information, depending on your circumstances
- Current landlord or agent details where applicable
- Guarantor information where a guarantor is required
