Client money handling procedure
Client money received in connection with lettings and property management is held in designated client money bank accounts and kept separate from Imperial Services’ own business funds. Client money is only used or transferred for the purpose for which it is held and in accordance with the relevant occupation contract, management agreement and legal requirements. Where a security deposit is taken for a residential occupation contract, Imperial Services uses the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) Custodial scheme to protect the deposit where required. We maintain records relating to client money and investigate any identified discrepancy promptly.
Our Fees & Permitted Payments page explains payments that may arise in connection with residential occupation contracts in Wales. Our Complaints Procedure explains how to raise a complaint and how it will be handled.
